What’s your return policy?

Non-personalized items may be returned (for non-manufacture reasons) within 14 days and will be refunded the purchase price (the shipping cost will not be refunded).

Non-personalized items may be returned (for manufacture reasons) within 14 days for a complete refund (purchase price and shipping costs). The reason for return must be due to product defect that has occurred prior to shipping or as a result of shipping.

Personalized items may only be returned due to product defect and must be returned within 14 days. A complete refund (purchase price and shipping costs) will be provided. The return must be due to a product defect that has occurred prior to shipping or as a result of shipping.



Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.

There will be an additional shipping charge for oversees purchases.


Do you have customer service?

Of course! You can speak to me personally regarding any issues. Email and texting are the preferred method of communication, however I am more than happy to speak to you on the phone as well. As I also have an office job, calls may not be returned until non-normal business hours (between 6p.m. and 8p.m. Monday through Friday, or between 1p.m. and 5p.m. Saturday and Sunday).
